You can delete your Greenflag account right on this page: enter the phone number you signed up with, confirm the code we text you, and the account is deleted, permanently. The same deletion is available in the app under Profile, Settings, Account, Delete account. If you no longer control your phone number, email privacy@trygreenflag.com with proof of identity instead.

This page covers the Greenflag app (com.greenflag.mobile), developed by GREENFLAG TECH, INC. You do not need the app installed: verify the phone number you signed up with below and delete your account, with the same immediate and permanent effect as deleting in the app.
If you want a copy of your data first, download it before you delete: in the app, open Settings and choose Download my data.

This is permanent.
Your profile, photos, vouches, matches, and conversations will be removed and cannot be recovered.
We keep a minimal record: your phone number, recovery email, profile name, and deletion reason, for safety, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Everything else follows the retention rules in our privacy policy.

Confirm, and deletion runs immediately. It is permanent: your profile, photos, vouches, matches, and conversations are removed and cannot be recovered.
N°04 - LOST YOUR NUMBER?
Email works as a last resort.
If you no longer control the phone number on your account, or you cannot receive text messages, email privacy@trygreenflag.com. Because we cannot verify you by SMS, your email must include: a photo of a valid government ID, and the phone number or recovery email linked to the account. We verify the ID against the profile you want removed: the name and age must match, and the ID photo must match at least one of the photos uploaded to that profile.
Without all of that we will not be able to assist, and the account stays untouched. Once we verify the account is yours, we delete it, with the same permanent effect as the flow above.
N°05 - WHAT WE KEEP
A minimal record, nothing more.
After deletion we keep a minimal record: your phone number, recovery email, profile name, and deletion reason. We keep it for safety, fraud prevention, and legal obligations, and safety and ban records may persist where needed to protect the community.
Everything else follows the retention rules in our privacy policy, which has the full detail on what is deleted and on what timeline. In some cases full removal completes within 30 days.
